Richard W. Townley
President and CEO
Mr. Townley has 30 years of experience in finance, business
planning, acquisitions/divestures, operations, marketing/sales,
P/L and board of director responsibility. Prior to founding
AGI in 1991, Richard served as chief executive of industrial
and healthcare businesses ranging from $60 million - $100
million and served as CFO/VP of Business Development of
a $900 million industrial and healthcare company. His
educational background includes a B.S. and M.B.A., with
advanced training in areas such as Total Quality Management,
Sales/Marketing and Team Building/Effectiveness. |

John W. Buckhalter
Vice President
Mr. Buckhalter has over 30 years of healthcare experience
including financial and operations management as well
as sales and marketing. Before joining AGI, John served
in senior management for two national hospital service
and supply firms as VP Operations and Administration.
In 1986 he formed a diagnostic imaging consulting/development
firm and the following year co-founded one of the first
full-modality imaging centers in Northern California,
where he served as managing partner and CFO. Since then
he has developed and managed other centers. John holds

Mark A. Seller
Vice President
Mr. Seller brings over 20 years of executive level business
experience with two Fortune 200 companies. Prior to joining
AGI, Mark served as Director of US Operations for a large
west coast consumer product's company where he was responsible
for running their US domestic operating division. Mark
has extensive experience managing P&Ls in excess of
$100 million and regularly served as the senior project
executive on complex projects ranging in size from $100
million to $2 billion. Mark holds a B.S. |

Matthew L. Feltz
Vice President
Mr. Feltz has over 10 years management experience in operations, procurement,
and project management. Prior to joining AGI, Matt directed
business development project activities for an S&P 500 staffing company. He
also served as a Regional Manager and Installation Manager with a major
medical imaging equipment manufacturer. His previous experience includes
purchasing and supply chain management in manufacturing, and project
management/estimating with a large electrical contractor.
